Acquisition of a mixed-use property in the heart of Prague, comprising a recently renovated 293-key Marriott hotel, 16,422 sqm of office and retail space and 450 underground parking spaces.
Implement an active asset management strategy:
- Create additional hotel rooms in the under-utilised office space so as to take advantage of a strengthened hotel market in Prague.
- Reconfigure the retail space, improve tenancy of the office area, and raise the operating performance of the parking garage.
