Acquisition and recapitalisation of two multi-phased residential development projects comprising 1,640 apartment units for sale in 16 multi-family properties in central Warsaw, a market with strong economic fundamentals but underserved by modern housing accommodation.

Implement an active asset management strategy:

  • Redesign of the projects to increase the sellable area and reduce the average unit size so as to improve sales velocity.
  • Start construction of the properties in phases when construction financing and sufficient pre-sales have been secured.
