Commitment to acquire upon completion a shopping centre of 31,000 sqm under development near the ring road east of Rome in an attractive catchment area, conditional on meeting certain construction, leasing and administrative requirements.
Implement an active asset management strategy:
- Lease-up the centre during the construction period towards a balanced and diversified merchandising mix and consolidate the centre during the opening period
- Grow footfall, dwelling time, turnover and rents during the stabilisation period.
